Online courses in The Institute of Metaphysical Studies are geared toward people, like you, who want to learn about spiritual philosophy, but who may not have the time or the resources to attend face-to-face classes in North Carolina or in the United States.

- a reliable, high-speed Internet connection (dial-up is not suitable)

- good processing speed (1 gigabyte of RAM minimum)

- Adobe Flash Player*
- Skype for instant messaging (free download for Windows or Mac)*
- a headset microphone (with USB end ideally)
- optional: a webcam
